All designs, concepts, drafts, content, and creative outputs delivered by Investch remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, the client obtains usage rights as specified in the selected package. Redistribution, reselling, or replication of our work without permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and complete brand details required for project execution. Delays in communication may extend timelines. Clients are responsible for verifying spelling, naming, and business information before final approval. Once approved, any revisions may incur additional charges.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be completed prior to file delivery unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of digital design work, all purchases are non-refundable once initial concepts or drafts have been shared. If a project is cancelled before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in account restrictions.
6. Revisions Policy
The number of revisions depends on the chosen package. Revisions apply only to the originally selected concept and cannot be used to request entirely new designs. Excessive revision requests or scope changes may result in additional fees and extended delivery times.
7. Delivery of Final Files
Completed files are delivered in formats outlined in the package description (such as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or AI). We are not responsible for compatibility issues on third-party platforms or editing software once files are delivered. Clients must back up their own files after receiving the final delivery.
8. Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary based on package type, client responsiveness, and complexity. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete details, late feedback, or technical issues beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Investch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes—but is not limited to—lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service in question.
